I am an ardent fan of science fiction and nonfiction. My idea of a perfect vacation would be a beach or mountain cabin surrounded by walls of books. I might not get that vacation, but luckily, I have been given an opportunity I never dreamed possible: to write full time from my home in Seattle, Washington.

I am interested in how advancements in science and technology could impact the future of human society and culture. I create stories I want to read set in worlds I would mostly enjoy visiting.

When I’m not writing or reading, I love gardening, walking my dog, or coloring mandalas while listening to documentaries about ancient history or podcasts about AI and politics.
